A Transformational Journey Through Self-Healing Journal

"I will say this to you it’s not easy it’s one of the toughest journeys ever. My whole life I was told how difficult I am as a child the fact that I could find peace in my parents home. I had no connection to my father or mother and I could not communicate with them. Life was a struggle many therapists, meds, suicidal thoughts and attempts. I just could not find my place my light my meaning for why am I here what’s my purpose. My life spiraled out of control. I worked myself to death and I went deeper and deeper in that black hole. Then one morning I woke up feeling strange and got ready went to work and as I sat in my office this weird feeling came over me… I had a minor stroke at work that day…while recovering my work still wanted me to work but I can do so from home. That’s when I realised I am just a work horse for them they don’t care about me. I WENT back to work a week later and I resigned I cancelled all my appointments with therapists and I started the weaning process with meds I bought all the books you recommended and a journal and I started meditation and then as I continue I started to forgive myself and my family for all the pain and suffering and then I started to clean my mind of grudges of hatred and negative thoughts. As the change in me started to be visible so did the people and family disappear. I am so content with me and my journey only started but I only live for today, I do not know what my life tomorrow will be so I do all I can today if its my last. Slowly I am finding my purpose and why I am here on this earth. Everyday I learn something new about me, I find joy in art and making art for other people. I love to share my story with people and just show them that you can find your light again. I designed my own journey and as I dotted mine I cried and felt a lot of emosions but I saw the new me and I knew I finally feel I belong and I am living my life the way I want to and I don’t need no ones approval or validation I can just breath and shine."
